Mr. Brijesh Kumar is the driving force behind HSE Universe. With over 20 years of national & international experience in HSE Management System, Fire and Life Safety, Occupational Health and Construction safety, he founded the organization to provide pragmatic, reliable and globally benchmarked HSE solutions. His qualifications include an MSc in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management from Portsmouth University, United Kingdom and Chartered Membership with IOSH (UK). Mr. Kumar is known for his deep technical insight, ability to coach professionals and his digital advocacy through blogs and training content. Under his leadership, HSE Universe has grown into a trusted partner for fire & life safety audits, pre-startup reviews, and HSE system development.
As Co-Founder of HSE Universe, Mr. Krishan Kant brings more than two decades of experience that directly shapes the company’s vision, technical strategy and audit framework. He has held EHS leadership roles with organizations like ISGEC, SMS India, Bureau Veritas etc. and is known for his technical rigor and audit excellence.His core competencies include ISO 45001 compliance audits, legal register development, risk assessments and safety system implementation for complex construction and commissioning environments. His structured approach to audits, legal register development and risk mitigation plays a key role in positioning HSE Universe as a compliance-driven and client-focused organization.
With over 40 years of elite HSE leadership, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh is a cornerstone of expertise at HSE Universe. A former General Manager at Indian Oil and a globally recognized person in Process Safety Management, Fire Protection and Regulatory Compliance, he brings a legacy of operational excellence.His extensive contributions include 500+ audits, OISD standard formulation and international assignments in Kuwait and Vietnam. Mr. Singh adds immense value to HSE Universe by offering deep insights into regulatory audits, ERDMP compliance, and OISD standard development. His role enhances our advisory strength and elevates the technical depth of our training and audit offerings, ensuring clients benefit from proven, real-world expertise.
Mr. Dilip G. serves as a guiding mentor and Coach at HSE Universe. With over 35 years of experience in Construction Safety, Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and HSE training, he plays a vital role in shaping our learning and development approach. His extensive global exposure through projects with Bechtel, CB&I, Petronet LNG etc. adds unmatched perspective to our team.Mr. Dilip is a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert for leading clients including Vedanta, Reliance and Cairn. He mentors both clients and internal teams on system development, risk communication and practical HSE implementation—making him a cornerstone in HSE Universe’s capability-building mission.
Ms. Meha Sati is an experienced EHS professional with a background in manufacturing, oil & gas and consulting. With an M.Tech in EHS and certification as an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, she specializes in Disaster Management Planning (DMP), safety training and EHS compliance.She has developed DMPs for various sectors, conducted safety training on key industrial topics and created customized safety manuals and SOPs. Her work also extends to sustainability and DEI initiatives.At HSE Universe, Meha brings a structured, people-focused approach that enhances our capabilities in emergency preparedness, training, and safety system development.
Mr. S. Srinivasan brings over three decades of experience in Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Energy Management Systems. As a certified Lead Auditor, he has led ISO implementations for over 100 clients across industries including manufacturing, chemicals, construction and IT. Mr. Srinivasan's expertise strengthens our ISO consulting, certification readiness and integrated management system offerings for clients across sectors.
John Peter R. is a dynamic and tech-savvy EHS professional with over a decade of experience in infrastructure, marine bridge, highway, and wind energy projects. Holding a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics, ADIS, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH and IMS Internal Auditor certifications, he excels in EHS planning, compliance coordination and IMS documentation. Having worked with reputed organizations like L&T Construction, he brings hands-on expertise in implementing safety systems across complex project environments. John is also known for his digital contributions to the HSE field, having developed ready-to-use EHS Dashboards and a free, user-friendly EHS Calculator Toolkit. With over 22 years of industry experience, Mr. Anuj Kumar is a trusted HSE consultant known for his expertise in scaffold safety, lifting & rigging and compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and national safety regulations. He has successfully led safety initiatives across refineries, power plants, infrastructure and industrial construction projects, contributing to major milestones like zero LTI and multi-million safe man-hours for top clients including Reliance, ITC and Petron.Aligned with HSE Universe’s mission to deliver customized, compliance-driven, and results-oriented HSE solutions, Anuj strengthens our consulting and audit capabilities by offering deep field insight, practical system implementation strategies, and scalable safety culture enhancements that clients can trust.
With over 17 years of experience across industry leaders like DuPont, Nestlé and Mars, Mr. Amardeep specializes in driving safety culture transformation through Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and AAA programs and leadership engagement. He has successfully led transformational initiatives such as “Safe by Choice” and “Life Saving Rules” that embed safety into day-to-day operations at factories and brownfield sites.Beyond cultural transformation, Amardeep brings deep technical expertise in machine safety risk assessment, LOTO program audits, dust explosion hazard evaluations and LEV system design review—making him a well-rounded HSE professional. As an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and certified MAH safety practitioner; his onboarding significantly enhances HSE Universe’s capability to deliver people-centric and compliance-driven HSE solutions tailored to complex industrial environments.
A seasoned Process Safety professional with over 20 years of experience in safeguarding industrial operations. He specializes in hazard identification, risk assessment, and process safety management. His expertise includes conducting HAZOP studies, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessments.
